Frank Sanchez has owned and operated Ace Realty in Applecross for more than 30 years, building a reputation for trusted advice, strong results, and a genuinely personal approach to real estate.

A hands-on agent who still loves selling, Frank thrives on helping people navigate what is often one of life’s biggest decisions. His calm manner, market knowledge, and straightforward communication have seen generations of clients return to Ace Realty time and again to sell, buy, and manage their properties.

In recent years, Frank has been joined by his brother-in-law, Michael Quirici, whose background in building and sales has further strengthened the business. Together, they bring complementary skill sets, shared values, and an energetic approach that has seen Ace Realty go from strength to strength.

Deeply connected to the local community, Frank has lived in Applecross for over 35 years. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, walking the dogs, and getting out on the golf course.
